Spare parts & Materials

Polar Refrigeration GmbH assures our customers that they will be properly supported with equipment spare parts and consumables as and when required. 

We maintain a basic stock of parts which are available to our customers at good price levels and at short notice. 

In addition, we guarantee a timely delivery of spare parts and consumables for all our equipment. This is achieved by having solid agreements with our sub suppliers in Europe and the USA. Our clients can therefore benefit from having a one stop shop for all their parts requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact us for all your spares and consumables requirements.

Service & Maintenance work

Adhering to the guidelines as stipulated in the service and maintenance manuals is of paramount importance and assures trouble free plant operation.

We are particularly careful with our guidelines in order that plant operators will know what obligations they have towards the installed machinery.

Polar Refrigeration GmbH provides customers with a variety of service agreements for plant maintenance. Agreements can be built around regular checkups or simple one visit work assignments or custom made support agreements. In case you require a service visit or you wish to discuss a custom made support agreement please do not hesitate to contact us.

Support

An essential part of our business philosophy is ensuring that our customers are well served after project hand over.

We achieve this by ensuring that our customer staff are sufficiently trained to operate the plant, that all operation and maintenance manuals are handed over and are well understood and by ensuring that our customers know where and how to report to us their plant queries and malfunctions.

We maintain a service presence in most regions. Service support is provided either via our own dedicated service staff or via Group companies depending on the region. In many cases and depending on plant complexity, service is provided directly from our head office in Germany. In all cases, our service department is always involved in resolving customer difficulties.

In some projects we offer purpose built agreements which provide site support based on 24/7 basis. This is designed so that down time is minimized at our customer plant. Our Sales Engineers will be more than happy to discuss our custom made support agreement with you.
